These Terms and Conditions apply to services offered by DRMTLGY, LLC. By accessing and shopping with DRMTLGY, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock shortages. Payment must be completed at checkout. Title of products passes to you once your order ships.

Our return policy applies to all purchases. Returns require prior authorization. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or error-free. DRMTLGY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your purchase or use of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted. Continued use of our service after updates means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved under California law.
